From 1 June to 31 July 2016, visitors can taste mouthwatering lobster dishes across more than 25 dining outlets at Galaxy Macau, Broadway Macau and StarWorld Hotel. A treasure of the sea and the star of unforgettable occasions, diners can enjoy over 35 lobster recipes starting from MOP$88 at superb dining destinations. Outstanding dishes include Sautéed Lobster with Black Bean and Chili at the internationally acclaimed Cantonese restaurant Fook Lam Moon and Lobster with Yellow Curry at signature Thai restaurant Saffron at Galaxy Macau; and Steamed Lobster with Preserved Chili at the Michelin-starred Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld Hotel.
Hong Kong Style Cooked Blue Lobster with Buckwheat Noodle in Gruyere Cheese Sauce
1) 先将龙虾煮好，切办取肉備用。 Cook lobster, cut and extract the meat. 2) 再将意大利面加味煮好，备用。Cook spaghetti and season. 3) 茴香刨成薄片，进冰水，備用。Plane fennel into thin slice and wash in ice water. 4) 用龙虾蛋黄酱调味龙虾，装盘。 Season the lobster meat with cocktail sauce and put on plate. 5) 用茴香花、鱼子酱作点缀。 Garnish with fennel flower and caviar.
